How to Fake Hollywood Glamour without a Professional Makeup Artist

From Millburn High School to the Red Carpet at the Oscars, Anne Hathaway has certainly come into her own.

Last week at the Oscars she hailed praise for her flowered and draped Marchesa gown, but now it's time to dig deeper and learn how you can emulate her makeup.

Copy her smoke eye effect and achieve one of the most popular trends this award season. Begin with stila eye shadow duo in light shimmering tan/ golden green. Apply the darker shade in the crease and the lighter shade up to the eyebrow. Next apply a generous coat of Dior Show Black Out Mascara ($24 at Sephora) to embellish the lashes. Finally, complete the look with a dramatic eyeliner (Physician's Formula Eye Definer Felt-Tip Eye Marker, $6.99 at drugstores nation wide.) Make sure to over exaggerate the edges to complete the look.

Now you are ready for a night on the town, so go to the bar and buy yourself a drink – you look fabulous honey.
