How to Fake a Hot Bod

There is a trick to being skinny and I can sum it up in three little words: Shirataki Tofu Noodles.  With Valentine's Day on the horizon now is the time to cut back on the calories and become the skinny goddess with whom he originally fell in love.  

Replace one meal with these faux-pasta and watch the digits on the scale roll back.  I like to cook mine in a can of chicken broth, add some salt and voila! a healthy snack that will leave you feeling like you just ate a Cup-O-Noodles (hey-we're in a recession after all!)
