The holidays are here, and before you know it, you will be smooching your cutie on New Year’s Eve (or wasted in some tiny dress with a party hat on your head – are we right?) Instead of feeling bad about failing on your New Year’s resolution, this year one that you will actually keep.
Here is our insider tip, start by keeping it small – if you haven’t gone to the gym in 6 months, don’t believe you will suddenly pop out of bed at 6am to hit the treadmill. Maybe sign up for a few classes to ease into it. Then if that goes well, find creative ways to supplement your workout, such as signing up for a race and training with a running buddy.
When it comes to beauty resolutions (yes, you should already be cleansing your face every night), we went to the top of the beauty biz, beauty expert Paula Scandone.
