presentations. This season Neil Scibelli, Lead Artist for Jouer
Cosmetics introduced a cosmetic creation inspired by ‘50s Sophia Lauren
with a Modern Twist. He shared his
expert advice on how he created the look:
STEP #1: He began by using Jouer Matte
Moisture Tint to create a clean and matte base for the skin, setting
with Jouer
Mattifying Translucent Powder.
Brows were groomed and defined with Jouer Brow
Definer.
STEP #2: Next he applied Jouer Mineral Powder
Blush in Peony to the apples of the cheeks, blending outward.
STEP #3: For eyes, Neil used Jouer Powder
Eyeshadow in Praline all over lid and created a thicker black cat eye
with Jouer Liquid
Shimmer Eyeliner in Panther. These lids were accented with a bold silvery/white
liner to add dimension and drama. The
effect was completed with Ardell false lashes and two coats of Jouer Everyday
Effortless Mascara.
STEP #4: To finish the look he used a
beautiful creamy pink lip appropriately named, Jouer
Hydrating Lipstick in Kate, topped with Jouer Moisturizing Lip Gloss in
Blush.”
